Service Disclaimer | HomeWaterConnect

Required disclaimer

Disclaimer: HomeWaterConnect is a free service to assist homeowners in connecting with local service providers. All contractors/providers are independent and HomeWaterConnect does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on HomeWaterConnect.

Independent service providers

HomeWaterConnect is not a water-damage restoration contractor and does not perform the work described on this site. Contractors and providers operate independently. Verify credentials, insurance, written scope, costs and payment terms before hiring.

No guarantee of service availability

A ZIP-code match or a completed call does not guarantee that a provider will accept a job, deliver a specific service, respond within a particular time, receive insurance payment or achieve a particular outcome.

No claim of 24-hour or same-day service

This website does not promise 24-hour service or same-day service. Call-line hours and provider availability are different things, and provider availability must be confirmed directly.
